Behind the person
I started C&A Digital in response to a need I experienced while working at a large global agency. At the time, my career trajectory was at an all-time high—I was successfully leading a growing team of creatives and managing tens of millions of dollars in business. I was also overjoyed to learn I was pregnant, and thoughtfully planned how I would return to work post-maternity leave.
That’s when the issues arose. Despite the many flexible options I offered, my return-to-work after maternity leave was met with resistance. I was expected to fully return to work, with no flexibility after this major life transition. It was frustrating and deeply hurtful to say the least, as I was excited to be a mother and grow my family, while still pursuing a flourishing career.
It was then I decided to leave the corporate agency world and start Copy & Art, which later evolved to C&A Digital. I wanted to create a company that married two aspects of my life that were deeply important to me—my family life and my career. While it may not be easy to “have it all,” I genuinely believe we can always make space for what is important to us. And that’s what we have at C&A Digital.
I started the company in the basement of my house in White Plains. Although our location has since changed, we remain embedded in the heart of downtown White Plains, proudly serving leading companies in Westchester, NYC, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond.
I attended MIT Sloan School of Management to receive a masters in Digital Business Strategy.
